Minimum Venue Fee

4.450+ VAT

  • Includes up to 180 guests.
  • Additional Guest: $25 + VAT per person (starting from guest number 181)
  • Clients are free to hire their preferred catering, decoration, and other event vendors.
 

Included

  • Access 2 days before and 2 days after the event for setup and teardown.
  • Staff for restroom supervision, parking assistance, and general support.
  • 24-hour private security.


Extras

  • Additional setup/teardown day: $400 USD per day.
  • Additional operational staff: $40 USD per person.
 

Payment Terms

  • Payment via bank transfer or credit card.
  • To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are required.
